An Apple for My Teacher...

...or two apples. Couldn't hurt, right?

When I was a kid Moma used to help me pick flowers from the snow-ball bush, Viburnum opulus
http://tinyurl.com/6ls3by in the backyard, to bring to my teacher.

There are no "snow-balls" in San Francisco so I have to rely on the old standard teacher-bribe.

As someone who loves to travel - I am SOOOO envious. Taking classes to be a tour director IN San Fran! Does it get any better? Also, as someone who has been there ONCE, I feel like an expert who can give advice... DO NOT, and I repeat DO NOT try to walk to the top of Lombard Street just because the trolley line is too long of a wait. I promise you, it is WORTH the wait if you want to see it, not worth the wait, if you don't need to see it. I made that mistake, but thankfully it was after a huge milkshake from Ghiradelli, so I was hyped on chocolate. ENJOY!!!
